Taproots (power tanks) that have lost water have a high risk of rot.
If it is a locally rooted strain, the risk of rot is low because the water content reaches the taproot.
Another reason to cut the taproot is
I want to plant it in a shallow pot and enjoy it like a bonsai.
The sized pot is not stable, and the heat conductivity of the whole pot is also bad for rooting management.
Thank you once again, I’m wondering if it is ok to put the plant overnight in my balcony with room temperature of 26-28°C at night. But I will use heat mat at 38°C inside the plant soil. I do not have a mini greenhouse. I plan to put the plant at the balcony getting direct morning sun until afternoon. Awaiting your kind advise. ありがとうございました
【〜６日目】オペルクリカリア・パキプス現地株の発根管理
前回の投稿。
さて、未発根のパキプスを購入してから6日が経過しました。
目次
現段階の発根管理方法おさらい
・室内の窓辺、または日当たりの良いベランダで管理
・鉢底からヒーターで温め（就寝前にOFF・起床後にON）
・１日5〜6回の霧吹き（植物活性剤スプレーを織り交ぜながら）
・土の表面が乾いてから水やり（メネデール希釈水を織り交ぜながら）
・用土にはある程度こだわる
・植物育成LEDで照射
・オキシベロン溶剤（40倍希釈水/200ml）を幹周りに撒く（※非推奨）
【追加対応】
・ハイポネックス液肥を適量撒く（週に一回、現段階では一度だけ）
ハイポネックス ストレート 液肥 観葉植物用 600ｍｌ

４日目
霧吹き後の幹の様子
到着後とあまり変化はありません。
５日目
霧吹き後の幹の様子
変化はほとんどなし。
本体の表裏では緑具合が全く違います。
少しだけ枝を剪定しました。
剪定した枝はオキシベロンの希釈水に半日ほど浸して「挿し木」に。
発根管理６日目、つ、ついに！？
正直なところ、運良く発芽するとしても、
１〜２ヶ月はかかると想定していました、、
が！！
なんとなんと、
管理６日目で新たな萌え目を確認！！
元々緑の葉が残っていた元気な枝（比べた場合の話）から
新たに発芽したようです。
季節も幸いしたと思います。
オキシベロン効果の程はわかりませんが、
現段階で管理方法はそれほど間違っていなかったようです。
（単純に植木自体に生命力が備わっていただけかもしれません）

発根してしっかり活着するまでは、
継続して温めたほうが無難です。
成長スピードは株の状態次第ですね。（次に育成環境）
最近出回り始めている”現地発根済み”の株でしたら
成長スピードは早いように思います。
枝が生えるまでになれば
ほぼほぼ発根してる可能性は高いと思いますよ。

どちらも使用感は悪くないですよ^_^
オキシベロンは植物ホルモン「サイトカイニン」の活性を促し、
ラピッドスタートは細根の分岐を促すことから、
前者は管理当初から、後者は発根確認できてから使用してます。
明らかに調子が下降している場合は管理を見直す必要があると思いますが、
芽吹き→展開へと進展するなら順調な証拠ですので迂闊に引っこ抜かないほうがいいです。
